New Terms






 
Blended learning:
Teaching online face to face.


CALL:
Computer-assisted language learning or (CALL) is any process in which a learner uses a computer and, as a result, improves his or her language.


Educational technology (EdTech):
is the study and ethical practice of facilitating e-learning, which is the learning and improving performance by creating, using and managing appropriate technological processes and resources or using the technology in the education field to improve the learning process.


Netiquette:
Netiquette is a shortened word for internet etiquette. These are guidelines for interacting with people on the internet in a decent and polite manner.

LMS:
It is a shortcut of ( Learning Management System ) it is a software application for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting and delivery of e-learning education courses or training programs.



E-learning:
E-learning refers to the use of electronic media and information and communication technologies in education. E-learning is broadly inclusive of all forms of educational technology in learning and teaching.


Online learning:
Online learning it mean that the  the student can take courses and interact with teachers over internet without attending school or university  .


D-learning:
distance learning is a type of education, typically college-level, where students work on their own at home or at the office and communicate with faculty and other students via e-mail, electronic forums, videoconferencing, chat rooms, bulletin boards, instant messaging and other forms of computer-based communication.
